Read-only monitoring · operations workspace · invoice-first commercial flow
Solar Gate supports authorised energy devices through local protocols, customer-controlled gateways and approved cloud interfaces. Customers receive one workspace for connection health, alerts, reports and controlled invoices—not a personal payment account and not a hidden automatic charge.
End-to-end journey
The energy device must already be connected through the manufacturer-authorised setup. Solar Gate does not request the customer Wi-Fi password.
Solar Gate Connect discovers the authorised device on the private network and uses a six-digit localhost pairing journey.
A versioned model and firmware profile, one-cycle preview and customer approval are required before durable telemetry starts.
The customer sees connection health, latest telemetry, data-quality exceptions, alerts, reports and billing in one command center.
After verified telemetry, the customer accepts the commercial terms and receives controlled invoices. Automatic card charging remains disabled unless separately approved later.
Invoice delivery records distinguish queued, sent, delivered, failed and bounced outcomes. Finance records authorised payments through the controlled workflow.
Manufacturer-authorised network setup remains with the customer or local contractor. Solar Gate connects only after the device is already reachable through an approved interface.
Connection health, stale devices, rejected samples, reports, open alerts and controlled invoices are visible from a single authenticated workspace.
Reports are Solar Gate independent analytics unless an actual manufacturer certification or partnership is documented for that integration.
Use the connection workspace for pairing and activation, then move to the monitoring command center for alerts, report evidence and billing status.
