Cancellation and refund policy

A quotation request may normally be cancelled before supplier confirmation without product cancellation fees.

Refund eligibility depends on supplier acceptance, procurement status, custom items, transport and bank or payment charges.

Approved refunds are processed through the controlled company finance record and normally returned to the verified original payer or another legally approved destination. Solar Gate does not process refunds through personal accounts.

Report visible damage or incorrect items promptly with photos, delivery reference and serial numbers where available.
