Customer collection remains invoice-first. No personal bank account should appear in a contract, invoice, checkout or payment instruction. Products marked roadmap are not purchasable promises. Final KYC, settlements, refunds and credit-note transitions require MFA.

Live provider execution remains runtime-gated until approved credentials, data-region policy and Preview acceptance exist; paid checkout remains gated by company billing.

Actions that require the business owner
The platform cannot manufacture legal identity, bank approval, tax decisions or real field evidence.
1.Provide the registered legal company name, registration number, tax identifiers and official address.
2.Open and verify the company settlement account; do not use a personal account for customer collection.
3.Approve country tax, withholding, invoice-numbering, refund and late-payment rules.
4.Configure production Vercel, Supabase, Brevo, payment-provider and Vault secrets outside the repository.
5.Configure approved Qwen/DeepSeek provider credentials, spend alerts, data-processing terms and AI cost controls outside the repository before enabling live AI calls.
6.Approve the provider processing region before enabling the native-PDF route.
7.Approve at least one supplier, one product catalogue and one delivery/returns policy.
8.Provide a real device, authorised protocol access and exact model/firmware details for the first monitoring pilot.
9.Nominate finance, supplier operations, engineering, installation, customer support and data-protection owners.
