Manufacturer warranty

Equipment warranty is governed by the manufacturer or supplier warranty stated in the approved quotation.

Misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, environmental damage and operation outside specifications may be excluded.

Claims should include order reference, serial number, fault description, photos and commissioning information.

These operational policies must be reviewed by qualified legal and tax advisers before processing paid transactions in each country.
