Solar Gate coordinates design, quotations, orders and delivery. A request is not a confirmed sale until the quotation is accepted and payment is verified.

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and project information. Solar Gate may pause a request when information is incomplete or suspicious.

Prices, stock and delivery estimates remain subject to supplier confirmation, taxes, transport, accessories and site conditions.

Customers must pay only to an official company settlement account or approved payment channel stated in a controlled Solar Gate document. Personal payment accounts are not authorised for platform transactions.

Users may not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, submit false requests or copy protected marketplace content.
