Supplier marketplace terms

Solar Gate marketplace administration is operated by ANDAANDI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Solar Gate facilitates product discovery, listings, quotation workflow, communications and marketplace administration.

Unless an accepted order or signed agreement expressly identifies Solar Gate as the seller, EPC contractor or another contracting party for that transaction, the supplier remains the seller or merchant responsible for its own listing and supply obligations.

The supplier is responsible for product authenticity, legal right to sell, specification and model accuracy, price, stock, required conformity or regulatory approvals, allocated taxes and duties, warranty, delivery commitments and after-sales support.

The supplier must promptly correct inaccurate or outdated information and must not list counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited or materially misrepresented goods.

Solar Gate may review evidence, request documents, pause or remove listings, suspend a supplier account, moderate claims and require a product or offer to pass administrative or technical review before publication.

Marketplace approval, sponsored placement or payment to Solar Gate does not convert a supplier claim into an independent engineering endorsement and does not guarantee organic ranking.

Commission, settlement, payment routing, cancellation, delivery allocation and any Solar Gate contractual responsibility follow the signed supplier agreement and the accepted order record for the specific transaction.

A supplier may not bind Solar Gate, make commitments on Solar Gate's behalf or represent itself as Solar Gate's agent unless a written agreement expressly grants that authority.

Before using supplier commercial tools, an authorised supplier representative must explicitly accept this Supplier Marketplace Terms version 2026-08-28. The acceptance is recorded against the supplier account. A new acceptance may be required when the legal version changes.
